MT-Handy (hereinafter referred to as "Software") is proprietary software.
If you install, copy or use this software product in other ways, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and have signed this "End User Agreement" with Beijing Zhongli Green Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
If you obtain the software from Tongdy and its partners through legal channels (including downloading channels from designated app stores), you have the following rights:
1. Right to use
You have the right to install the software on your device, use the software within the scope of business, and reproduce all the functions of the software.
2. Use of Wi-Fi distribution network function
It is only allowed to use this software to connect to authorized devices, and it is forbidden to use the Wi-Fi configuration related functions of this software to configure unauthorized devices and modify unauthorized device settings. It is forbidden to use this software to invade, maliciously modify other devices or use for illegal purposes.
3. Technical support
If you have Tongdy’s hardware equipment supporting this software, you have the right to obtain technical support from Tongdy or its agents for any questions and problems arising during the installation and use of this software.
If your device provider provided you with the software, please consult your device provider.
4. Version upgrade
When the software version is upgraded, you have the right to use the upgraded version. However, if Tongdy requires otherwise, you will have to pay for the upgrade or unlock of some functions.
5. General Restrictions
Your right to use the software is limited to reproducing the functions of the software itself.
You have no right to modify any closed-source part of the code in this software, and you have no right to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software, and you have no right to conduct secondary development based on the closed-source part of this software to derive new software. If it is necessary to modify the software for suitability or other reasons, it should be proposed to Tongdy, and Tongdy will make the modification, and may charge you a certain fee.
For the open source software or third-party libraries used in this software, these open source software or third-party libraries grant you their licenses.
6. Backup
You have no right to copy all or any part of the software (including extracting program files from the application store or installed storage) except for your own normal use or backup and archiving purposes.
7. use
The scope of right to use this software is limited to you or your organization itself. You have no right to provide any third party with the right to use the paid functions in the software by transferring, licensing, renting, leasing, lending, gifting or any other means (such as obtaining the right to use the paid functions by sharing an application store account, etc.).
8. Other
You are obliged to take effective measures to bind your staff or employees to abide by the above-mentioned relevant agreements.
9. Declaration
For this software, Tongdy guarantees that it does not contain any function settings that maliciously damage your device resources (including programs, data and hardware of the installation device and the device being debugged).
In no event shall Tongdy and its agents be liable for lost profits, loss of availability, business interruption, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or claims by any other party, arising out of your use of this software, even if Tongdy has been informed in advance of the possibility of such a thing happening.
10. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
The copyright of this software and the trademark rights, patent rights, know-how and other rights of the third parties that may be involved shall be owned by Tongdy and the third parties involved. You should properly keep the rights logo appearing in it, and you cannot delete or modify it without authorization. You are obligated to keep confidential the content involving Tongdy or third-party company technical secrets.
11. Other
Matters not covered in this software license agreement shall be agreed upon by both parties in other agreements or through separate negotiations.
This software license agreement applies to the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. The above information is only used to establish our customer service system so that we can better provide you with technical support and after-sales service.
This agreement is only valid for the current version, and we reserve the right to change or update this license agreement when the version changes.
